User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”, “you”, or “your”), and Webs Techno Pvt. Ltd. (“ePayon”, “ePayon Travel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of www.epayon.travel, our mobile site, and our mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), through which we facilitate the booking of flights, buses, hotels, and (once available) tour packages.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms — we encourage you to review this page periodically.

Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf, and must complete any booking for you.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform — including its source code, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “ePayon”/“ePayon Travel” name and marks (collectively, the “Content”) — is our proprietary property or is licensed to us, and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and related intellectual-property law.

Provided you are eligible to use the Platform, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial travel bookings. No part of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

User Representations

By registering on or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• all information you submit (including for other travellers you book for) is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• you will promptly update your account information as necessary;
• you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and are not under the age of 18 (or are using the Platform with the involvement of a parent/guardian as described above);
• you will not access the Platform through automated or non-human means, such as a bot or script;
• you will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
• your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform.

User Registration & Account Security

You register on the Platform using your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and any device you use to receive the OTP secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Fraudulent Activities, Fake Calls & Scams

ePayon representatives will never ask you for your card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, passwords, or net-banking login — and will never ask you to install a third-party application that grants remote access to your phone or computer screen. Be wary of anyone claiming to represent ePayon and making such requests. Acting on them may make you a victim of fraud and result in loss of money or personal information. If anyone claiming to be from ePayon asks for these details, please report it to us immediately via our Contact Us page.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, in connection with the Platform:

• systematically scrape or collect data from the Platform to build a competing database or directory;
• collect other users' contact information for unsolicited communication, or create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related feature of the Platform;
• attempt to impersonate another person, or use another person's account without authorization;
• use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• upload viruses, malware, or other code that could disrupt the Platform's operation; or
• use the Platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable law or regulation.

Mobile Application

If you access the Platform through our mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the application on a device you own or control, strictly for accessing our services. You must not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the application, use it to build a competing product, or use it in violation of the applicable app store's own terms of service.

Third-Party Content & Websites

The Platform displays information provided to us by airlines, bus operators, hotels, and other travel-service providers (fares, schedules, amenities, cancellation policies, etc.), and may link to third-party websites (e.g. an airline's own web check-in page). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content, or for the content or practices of any linked third-party website. If you leave the Platform to visit a third-party website, you do so at your own risk, and these Terms no longer apply to that site.

Fees & Payments

In addition to the base fare or tariff charged by the airline, bus operator, or hotel, we may charge a convenience fee, service fee, or payment-gateway charge for making the booking available to you online (“Additional Fees”). Any Additional Fees are shown to you before you confirm payment, so you can make an informed choice.

Your payment is processed by a third-party payment-gateway partner; we do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. All amounts, including Additional Fees and applicable taxes, must be paid in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

If a booking amount is undercharged due to a technical error, we reserve the right to recover the shortfall from you, and may cancel the booking if it is not paid before the date of travel. If applicable taxes or levies change after your booking is made, any resulting difference will be borne by you, as required by law.

If a booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, we are not obligated to offer an alternate booking; any subsequent booking is treated as a new transaction. Refunds for cancelled or unconfirmed bookings are processed as per the applicable cancellation policy of the airline, bus operator, or hotel, and — where a service or convenience fee was charged for facilitating the booking — that fee is generally non-refundable, as it reflects the cost of the booking service already rendered.

Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Platform. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any unlawful use. If your account is terminated for such a reason, you may not register a new account under your own or any other name to continue using the Platform.

Modifications & Interruptions

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance, technical issues, or upstream airline/bus/hotel system outages may cause delays or interruptions. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such downtime.

Governing Law

These Terms, and your use of the Platform, are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

Corrections

The Platform may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to fares, availability, or descriptions. We reserve the right to correct these and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

ePayon acts as a facilitator, connecting you with the airline, bus operator, or hotel that ultimately provides your travel service. Except where we explicitly act as a reseller, our liability is limited to providing you with a confirmed booking as selected by you at the time of booking.

Any issue you face while availing the actual travel service (e.g. a flight delay, a bus breakdown, or a hotel's standard of service) is the responsibility of the concerned service provider, and the underlying contract of service is between you and that provider — we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or negligence. Fare, schedule, and amenity information displayed on the Platform is furnished by the service provider, and we are not liable if that information later proves inaccurate or outdated.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including booking confirmations, itinerary updates, cancellation and refund status, and other transaction-related information, via SMS, WhatsApp or similar messaging services, voice call, and email, to the contact details you provide at the time of booking. You agree these are transactional communications sent at your request, in accordance with applicable Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines, and not unsolicited commercial communication.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us by your use of the Platform.

Terms of Service

The following service-specific terms apply in addition to the Terms above, depending on which service you book through the Platform.

Flights

ePayon is a booking facilitator for flight tickets. Once booked, your ticket is subject to the fare rules, baggage policy, and cancellation/change policy of the concerned airline, which retains sole authority over flight schedules, routes, and any rescheduling or cancellation. We have no control over airline operations and are not liable for loss arising from a schedule change or cancellation made by the airline — such grievances are handled directly by the airline.

You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (photo ID, and, for international travel, a valid passport and visa) matching the details on your booking. Check-in generally closes some time before departure (commonly around 45–60 minutes for domestic flights, longer for international) — please confirm the exact cut-off with the airline. If you miss a flight, the airline's own no-show/cancellation policy applies; we cannot compensate you for a missed flight.

Displayed airfares include the base fare, applicable airline charges, and government taxes, plus any convenience fee charged by us for the booking. If you add optional extras (e.g. extra baggage or seat selection, where offered), airline-specific charges apply.

Special/optional fares (e.g. student, senior-citizen, or armed-forces fares) may require you to carry a valid, matching ID at the airport for verification — the airline may deny boarding at the discounted fare if you cannot produce it.

GST invoicing is available as an optional add-on at the time of booking — the company details you provide are used only to generate a GST-compliant invoice for that booking.

Cancellations and date changes are subject to the fare rules of the specific fare you booked, shown to you on the booking page before payment. Refunds, where applicable, are processed by us to your original payment method only after we receive the corresponding amount from the airline, and any convenience fee charged for the original booking is generally non-refundable.

Buses

ePayon facilitates bus ticket bookings with third-party bus operators. Seat availability, boarding/dropping points, bus type (AC/Non-AC, seater/sleeper), and on-time performance are determined and controlled by the operator, not by us — we are not liable for a delay, rescheduling, or cancellation made by the operator.

You are responsible for reaching the boarding point shown on your ticket in time for departure; the Platform displays the boarding point and time as provided by the operator. Please carry a valid photo ID matching the name on your ticket, as some operators check ID before boarding.

Cancellation and refund eligibility (including any cancellation charge) is governed by the specific operator's policy shown to you at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method after the operator confirms the cancellation; any convenience fee charged for the original booking is generally non-refundable.

Hotels

ePayon facilitates hotel bookings with independently owned and operated hotels and properties. The description, amenities, star rating, and photographs shown on the Platform are provided by the hotel or our data partners — actual facilities and condition may vary, and we are not liable for a discrepancy between the listing and the property as long as the underlying booking (room type, dates, occupancy) was honoured by the hotel.

Each room/rate option has its own cancellation policy, shown to you before you confirm the booking, indicating whether the rate is refundable and any cancellation charges that apply closer to the check-in date. Please review this policy carefully before booking, as it — not a general ePayon policy — governs your refund eligibility.

You are responsible for providing accurate guest details and, where applicable, valid government-issued photo ID matching the booking at check-in — a hotel may deny check-in if the ID does not match, and we are not responsible for a resulting loss. Any additional charges the hotel collects directly at the property (e.g. security deposit, local taxes not included in the booking, or amenity charges) are between you and the hotel.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to your original payment method once the hotel confirms the cancellation; any convenience fee charged for the original booking is generally non-refundable.
