Andaman Couple Package

• This package price is valid for travel between 1 October and 14 December 2026.
• Rates are quoted per person for the entire tour on double occupancy, and require a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• Costing is based on the base room category. Any room or hotel-category upgrade due to non-availability will incur an additional cost, payable by the guest.
• Hotels are provided from the list above; if none is available on your dates, a similar alternative of equal category will be provided and any cost difference will be advised.
• Check-in-day breakfast is not provided by the hotel — breakfast is served from the next morning / on the check-out day.
• All water activities and complimentary items are subject to weather conditions. If a complimentary item cannot be provided due to weather or a government restriction, no refund is given.
• Ferry sailings are subject to weather and government clearance. If a private ferry does not operate, an inland transfer on a government ferry is arranged. Andaman Tropico is not liable to refund for the non-sailing of a ferry; the cancellation policy applies. The itinerary flow is subject to change.
• The Andaman & Nicobar Islands are a restricted area. Every traveller must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving Licence or Passport); foreign nationals need a passport and a Restricted Area Permit.
• Hotels in Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island have an early check-out at 08:00 AM and check-in at 11:00 AM. Guests with late-afternoon flights may book an additional tour.
• The tour executive may change the itinerary depending on weather and ferry availability; changes are communicated on a daily basis.
• Vehicles (Dzire / Ertiga / Scorpio or similar) are for point-to-point transfers as per the itinerary only and are not at disposal. The vehicle may change between tours due to the limited number of tourist vehicles on the islands.
• Peak-season surcharges apply for travel between 15 December and 16 January; additional supplements apply for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December) at hotels / resorts.
• 5% GST is applicable over and above the package cost.
• All boats and cruises operate on a sharing basis. The company has no liability for unforeseen natural calamities and reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the client’s interest for situations beyond its control.
• If any sightseeing is missed for administrative or other reasons, an alternative arrangement of similar value will be provided.

Ferry Details

• Inter-island transfers are by the Green Ocean 1 private ferry (Economy / base category):
• - Port Blair → Havelock: approx. 06:30 AM
• - Havelock → Neil Island: approx. 09:15 AM
• - Neil Island → Port Blair: approx. 11:00 AM
• Timings are indicative and set by the ferry operator. Ferry operations are subject to weather and government clearance; if a private ferry does not sail, an inland transfer on a government ferry is arranged.

Complimentary Add-ons

• Every couple receives:
• - A non-alcoholic welcome drink / beverage for each guest on arrival
• - A complimentary couple photoshoot by a professional photographer (15–20 edited photos)
• Complimentary items are weather-dependent; if they cannot be delivered due to weather or a government restriction, no refund is provided.

Vehicle

• Exclusive Dzire / Ertiga / Scorpio or similar vehicles are provided for all guests (unless specified otherwise). Vehicles are strictly for point-to-point transfers as per the itinerary and are not at disposal. Due to the limited number of tourist vehicles on the islands, the vehicle may change between tours. Please do not leave belongings in the vehicle.

Must Carry

• T-shirts, shorts, swimwear, slippers, sunscreen, a towel and a change of clothes for the beaches; regular medication and sufficient cash (island ATMs are satellite-linked and may not work during a link failure); a government photo ID for every traveller and age proof for children. Foreign nationals must carry a passport and a Restricted Area Permit.

Mobile & Internet

• Only BSNL, Airtel and Jio have coverage across most islands, and only BSNL has 3G service in Port Blair. Internet is slow throughout the Andamans — a good chance to disconnect and soak into nature during your stay.

Hotels & Check-in

• All hotels in Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island have an early check-out at 08:00 AM and check-in at 11:00 AM. Check-in-day breakfast is not provided; breakfast starts the following morning. Costing is on the base room category — any upgrade due to non-availability is chargeable to the guest. If a listed hotel is unavailable, a similar property of equal category is provided and any price difference is advised.
