• Rates are per person on twin-sharing and start from ₹24,999. 5% GST is applicable over and above the package cost.
• International airfare to and from Hanoi is not included.
• The Vietnam e-visa is arranged for Indian passport holders. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates and have two blank pages. Granting a visa is at the discretion of the Vietnamese authorities.
• Day tours are operated on a shared (SIC) basis in a shared vehicle; a local Vietnamese lunch is included on SIC tours only. A private-tour upgrade is chargeable and changes the lunch arrangement (lunch payable directly).

• No refund is given for any unused service.
• Costs arising from events beyond our control — flight or train delays and cancellations, weather, roadblocks and the like — are borne by the guest.
• Surcharges advised at the time of booking (peak dates, fairs, events) are payable in addition to the package price.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to the cancellation policy above.

Visa

Granting or refusing a visa is entirely at the discretion of the Vietnamese authorities; there is no refund of visa charges for a refusal.

Tours: Shared (SIC) vs Private

• Day tours are operated on a shared (SIC) basis in a shared vehicle, and a local Vietnamese lunch is included on those tours. If you upgrade to a private tour, lunch is at a restaurant of your choice and is payable directly.

• Accommodation is a 3-Star or Above - Old Quarter / Central Location, ⭐ 8.0+ Guest Rating on Booking.com, Breakfast Included, Standard Double/Twin Room. Standard check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00; early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.

Itinerary Changes

• The order of sightseeing may change with local operating days, cruise schedules and weather. Ha Long Bay cruise timings and the exact onboard programme are set by the cruise operator. If a visit cannot take place for reasons beyond our control, an alternative of similar value is arranged where possible.
