Ha Long Bay - Ninh Binh Vacay - Seal Deal

• Rates are per person on twin-sharing (1 room / 2 adults) and exclude GST and TCS, which are added at checkout.
• This package starts and ends in Hanoi — flights to and from Hanoi are not included; you need to reach and depart Hanoi on your own.
• Hotel check-in is after 14:00; a free early check-in is provided on arrival, subject to availability. Standard check-out is 12:00.
• Accommodation is at Moon View Hotel (Deluxe) – Holiday Selection or similar, in the Hoan Kiem (Old Quarter) area, 1-2 minutes’ walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. If the named hotel is unavailable, a similar property of equal category is provided.
• The Hanoi half-day city tour, Ha Long Bay cruise and Ninh Binh excursion are conducted on a shared (SIC) basis.
• The Ha Long Bay cruise is a day cruise — it includes a buffet lunch onboard and a sunset tea, cakes & wine session on deck, and does not include an overnight stay aboard.
• The itinerary sequence and specific activities may change with weather, local operating days or availability; an alternative of similar value is arranged where possible.
• No refund is given for any unutilized service.
• 5% GST and 2% TCS (international packages) apply over and above the package cost; TCS is reflected in your Form 26AS and can be claimed against your total tax liability.

Visa

• A Vietnam e-visa is arranged and included for Indian passport holders. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and have two blank pages. Granting or refusing a visa is entirely at the discretion of the Vietnamese authorities; there is no refund of visa charges for a refusal.

Getting to Hanoi

• This package starts and ends in Hanoi. Flights to and from Hanoi are not included — please book these separately and time them around hotel check-in on Day 1 and check-out on the departure day.

Hotel

• Accommodation is at Moon View Hotel (Deluxe) – Holiday Selection or similar, in the Hoan Kiem (Old Quarter) area, 1-2 minutes’ walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, twin-sharing, with daily breakfast and a free early check-in on arrival (subject to availability). If the named hotel is unavailable, a similar property of equal category is provided.

Tours & Activities

• The Hanoi half-day city tour, the Ha Long Bay day cruise and the Ninh Binh excursion all run on a shared (SIC) basis. The Ha Long Bay cruise includes a buffet lunch on board, the Surprising Cave, Titop Island, kayaking or a bamboo-boat ride at Luon Cave, and a sunset session on deck. The Ninh Binh excursion includes the Hoa Lu ancient capital, a Trang An boat ride and the Mua Cave viewpoint, with a local buffet lunch.

Itinerary Changes

• The order of activities, cruise timings and specific inclusions may change with weather, local operating days and availability. If an activity cannot operate for reasons beyond our control, an alternative of similar value is arranged where possible.

About Ha Long Bay & Ninh Binh

• Ha Long Bay, in the Gulf of Tonkin, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with some 1,600 limestone islands and islets rising from emerald water. Ninh Binh, a couple of hours south of Hanoi, is often called “Ha Long Bay on land” for its own limestone karsts rising over rice paddies and the Hoang Long / Ngo Dong rivers, and is home to the 10th-century Hoa Lu citadel.
